After 30 years in Brampton the time to retire was upon us and we wanted to relocate to a slower, more rural area. Never having sold a home before I decided to apply my business approach to the task and this included getting three realtors to detail their plans to market our house.
John’s plan was multi-leveled and included a “soft launch” to gage buyer reactions to condition and price to be followed by a consultant’s opinion of enhancements that would highlight the unique features of our home. Once the plan was agreed he conducted an open house with the intention of moving to an MLS listing for the next step.
True to his word, John was hands on throughout the process and communicated on every detail as they occurred. The house sold quickly and at a fair market price. John’s attention to detail continued through to closing day and made the whole experience less stressful.
